Ingredients of Creamy Mushrooms 🍄 with Ravioli

  1. Prepare 4 packs (8 ounce) of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced.
  2. It’s of Olive oil.
  3. You need 1 of onion, chopped.
  4. It’s 1 of green pepper, chopped.
  5. Prepare 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
  6. Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  7. It’s 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
  8. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Sazon with achiote.
  9. It’s 1 tablespoon of oregano leaves.
  10. You need 1 can (12 ounce) of evaporated milk.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of whole milk.
  12. It’s 2 packs (17 ounce) of ravioli, I’m using Portobello Mushroom & Truffle Ravioli.
  13. You need of Additional salt to boil ravioli.
  14. You need of Parmesan cheese.

Creamy Mushrooms 🍄 with Ravioli step by step

  1. In a large pot heat some olive oil…….
  2. Add to olive oil your sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic, sauté until veggies are tender……..
  3. Next add in your black pepper, salt, Sazon and oregano leaves, lower heat and cook for about 20 minutes……
  4. Add in your evaporated milk and whole milk, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and continue to cook on low heat, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes…….
  5. Meanwhile boil some water for your ravioli, don’t forget to lightly salt your water 💦!.
  6. Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain and add to cooked mushrooms and veggies…….
  7. Combine ravioli with mushroom mixture, stirring gently until ravioli is fully coated with mushroom mixture……remove pot from heat and let ravioli sit for about 10 minutes………
  8. Stir, then top each serving with Parmesan cheese, serve and enjoy 😉!.
