  2. Put milk in a saucepan heat on medium fire for 5 min then add sugar gradually. Steer for 2 min and let it simmer for40 min on low heat. After, collect the foam or skum on the top. Put in a jar in the fridge for 30 min. After it gets a little denser and heavier, pour into the whipped cream and combine..
  3. Add cocoa powder and combine well then put in a small metalic container. Cover whith celophane paper..
  4. Freeze for 5 hours then enjoy the taste of ice cream..
