- Prepare 8 oz. of Shredded Mozzarella (Optional).

- Preheat Oven to 400° Slice Bread into 1"- 2" Slices..
- In a bowl, Mix Cooled Melted Butter, Olive Oil, Garlic, Parmesan, Parsley, and Black Pepper together..
- Spread Butter Mixture on both sides of each piece of Bread. Bake on a Parchment lined Baking Sheet for 10 – 15 Minutes, checking after 10 Minutes..
- If using Italian Seasoning and Cheese, sprinkle them over each piece of Bread now. Turn Oven to Broil, and cook for another 1 – 2 Minutes.
