  2. Prepare 3 cup of bread flour.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
  4. Prepare 1 packages of yeast.
  5. It’s 1 of eggwhite, beaten.
  6. You need 1 small of cornmeal.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Olive Oil.
  8. It’s 2 tsp of sugar.

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, & yeast mix well..
  2. Add warm water & oil. Mix well..
  3. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface..
  4. Knead dough 10 min. of unfilled smooth..
  5. Place dough in bowl cover let rise 30-40..
  6. Spinkle ungreased cookie sheet w/cornmeal..
  7. Punch down dough..
  8. Cover dough w/inverted bowl & allow to rest 15 min..
  9. Shape dough into baguette-shaped loaf..
  10. Cover & let rise 35-40 or until doubled in size..
  11. Heat oven 375°F..
  12. W/Sharp knife deep lengthwise in top of loaf..
  13. Brush loaf egg white..
  14. Bake @ 375 for 25-35 min..
  15. Loaf will sound hollow when done..
