Macaroon step by step

  1. Beat egg whites in bowl.
  2. Add sugar gradually, around 1/3 at a time, beat until stiff peaks.
  3. Sift all dry ingredients into eggs and sugar.
  4. Gently fold with spatula until mixture is like lava.
  5. Place parchment paper on pan and pipe macaroon batter in small circles.
