Ingredients of Coconut Macaroons

  1. Prepare 2 cup of dessicated coconut.
  2. Prepare 2 tsp of Condensed Milk.
  3. Prepare 2 of eggs white.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
  5. It’s 1/4 tsp of salt.
  6. It’s 200 gm of dark chocolate.

Coconut Macaroons step by step

  1. Pre heat oven to 325°F(160°C)..
  2. Combine almost the entire can of sweetened condensed milk with coconut stir to combine.Set aside..
  3. Take a bowl combine egg white,salt and vanilla beat until soft peaks form..
  4. Gently fold egg white into coconut mixture..
  5. Then the scoop of mixture onto baking tray..
  6. Then bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until starting to turn golden colour..
  7. Remove from oven,then immediately remove cookies from baking tray and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely..
  8. After cooling coat melted dark chocolate in bottom side..
  9. Keep in fridge for chocolate setting..
  10. Then enjoy Coconut Macaroons..
