  1. It’s 36 cups of water.
  2. You need 3 of chicken carasses.
  3. You need 4 of celery stocks with leafs.
  4. You need 8 of garlic cloves.
  5. It’s 5 of bay leafs.
  6. You need 2 tsp of fresh dryed ginger.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of ground black pepper.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of white wine (my addition).
  9. Prepare 2 tsp of sage.
  10. You need 5 of whole Bay leaf.
  11. It’s 1/4 tsp of nutmeg *2.
  12. Prepare 2 tsp of basil (my great aunt added this).
  13. You need 2 tsp of oregano (My Mother added this).
  14. You need 2 tsp of Italian seasoning (my great grandmother added this).
  15. Prepare 4 tsp of Brown sugar or 1 tsp of Canadian maple syrup.
  16. You need 2 of onions (quartered).
  17. Prepare 2 tsp of salt (sea salt is best).

  20. You need 8 drops of liquid smoke (my mother's addition) *recommended*.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot or crock pot and simmer on low for 24 hrs..
  2. Strain and set aside chicken meat.
  3. Put in pot and add elbow noodles (I add 4 cups of noodles and 2 canes of condensed tomato soup)*Aylmer's*.
  4. Simmer for 1 hr and serve.
  5. If you are sick with whatever, take a nap and you should feel better..
  6. This has been a feel good soup for a long time no matter what you add or take away from it. Make it your own and God speed..
