Ingredients of Coconut macaroons

  1. You need 100 gm of Desiccated coconut.
  2. You need 100gm of Egg whites(3 large egg whites).
  3. Prepare 170 gm of Sugar.
  4. It’s 2 drops of Vanilla essence.
  5. You need 1 pinch of Salt.

Coconut macaroons step by step

  1. Take a bowl and pour egg whites and sugar in it.
  2. Beat it for 5 to 6 minutes add in desiccated coconut and mix it for 2 minutes.
  3. Cook this batter for 4 to 5 minutes at medium heat in a frying pan while mixing it.
  4. Rest this mixture at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Grease a baking tray with oil and flour.
  6. Now Make a shape of macrons with the help of hands and bake it on a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 120°.
