  2. It’s 2 Tablespoons of Sugar.
  3. You need 2 of Lemongrass leaves.
  4. It’s 2 Oz. of Salted Butter.
  5. You need 1 of Long Pepper Stem.
  6. Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Yellow Curry.
  7. Prepare To Taste of Salt.

  1. Boil the Giant Corn along with the sugar and the Lemongrass Leaves. If you do not have fresh Lemongrass you can use filters..
  2. Thresh the boiled Corn..
  3. Place the Corn on a pan and add Butter, Salt and Long Pepper Powder..
  4. Add Yellow Curry and mix well. Let it cook for 10 min at medium heat. Serve and enjoy!.
