  1. Prepare 1 of large frozen banana.
  2. You need Half of a large orange, frozen (optional).
  3. Prepare 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of maple syrup/honey.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of alcohol of choice but not a strong type (optional).
  7. You need 2 tbsp of plain yoghurt/milk.

  1. Gather all the ingredients..
  2. Blend everything together until smooth..
  3. Pour into a cake pan or any metal dish and cover with cling film/plastic wrap.(Covering it with cling film/plastic wrap is very important.).
  4. Freeze for about 7 hours or until firm but scoopable. Consume within 2 days as the pineapple will eventually ferment. Enjoy!.
