  2. Prepare 4 of eggs.
  3. You need 2 medium of or 4 small potatoes.
  4. You need 6 slice of bacon (or u can use ham or sausage whichever u prefer).
  5. You need 1 cup of sharp cheddar shredded cheese.
  6. Prepare 1 of salt.
  7. You need 1 of pepper.
  8. It’s 1 can of flaky layer bicuits (10).
  9. It’s 1 of baking sheet.
  10. Prepare 1 of oil enought to cover bottom of pan.
  11. It’s 1/3 of onion.

In fact we had this farmer's breakfast for dinner! This is not exactly a traditional farmer's breakfast. We gave it a mediterranean twist as we had some additional ingredients sitting around such as thyme, sage and rosemary. Full of protein and energy to keep you going.

  1. Preheat oven to whatever is on the can of biscuits. Peel and cube potatoes.
  2. Start frying on medium to medium high.
  3. Cut bacon slices into bite size pieces add to potatos add salt and pepper to ur taste.
  4. Dice onion fine add to pan with potato and bacon (also u can add bell pepper, jalepeno, tomatoes, whatever u like).
  5. In a bowl scramble eggs with 2 pinch of cheese.
  6. When bacon is done and potato s are tender add the eggs to the mixture keep on medium heat and stir occasionally til eggs are fully cooked remove from heat.
  7. Next open biscuits and divide in half. Then take 5 of them and flatten together til flat add half of remaining cheese and fill with egg mixture close it up and secure with toothpicks if needed. Repeat for the other one..
  8. Place in oven for about 12-14 minutes or until dough is fully cooked and enjoy.
  9. There may b some egg mixture left but just sprinkle with cheese n put on a plate n its also good.
