  1. Prepare 600 of to 700 grams Pork spare ribs.
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of Sugar.
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of Ketchup.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Sake.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce.
  7. It’s 1 clove of Garlic.
  8. You need 1 piece of Ginger.
  9. Prepare 1 dash of Salt and pepper.

  1. Lightly season the spare ribs with salt and pepper. Put the ribs with the rest of the ingredients into a double-layer plastic bag. (Grate the ginger and garlic beforehand.).
  2. Massage the ribs lightly over the bags, so that the marinade penetrates them. When the marinade is evenly distributed as seen in the photo, it's good to go..
  3. You can cook them right away, but they are best if you let them rest in the refrigerator for a while to allow the flavors to penetrate well..
  4. Put some oil in a frying pan, put in the spare ribs marinade and all, and cook them. They're done when cooked through thoroughly..
